This semi-detached townhouse consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms.
Its bright and breezy, contemporary coastal style transports you straight to the sea and the beach.
Light may be the single most important feature and white and blue are the hallmark colours of its interior. The property has been decorated with an eye to maintaining clear vistas and sight lines.
The house extends over three floors. The visitor enters on the middle one, where he will find an entrance hall, two bedrooms of which one en-suite and the guest room. The top floor holds the living room with open kitchen, lounge, dining area and the seafront terrace. The third bedroom with separate shower room, walk-in wardrobe and separate office with sea views is located on the bottom floor.

The living room area has an open fully equipped kitchen, a lounge section with TV, electrical fire-place and a dining area. Its sliding doors open to stunning frontal sea views, leading to a terrace with a BIOSUN pergola and equipped with terrace furniture. The terrace offers not only frontal sea views but also lateral sea views of the coastline of Estepona.
From the terrace there is access to a small private garden of 50m2 which gives direct access to the sea promenade from where one can enjoy views of the African coastline and Gibraltar. The garden with east/south and west orientation, has been equipped with three sunbeds to enjoy sunbathing all day long.

Furthermore, the house has a separate guest toilet, is fully air conditioned with hot and cold air, has inbuilt or walk-in wardrobes in every bedroom, a separate laundry area, access to WI-FI and International TV channels.
The property has been completely renovated in 2017. We wanted the place to be relaxed, inviting, and at the same time functional, with a combination of indoor and outdoor living.

Visitors progress from the parking area in Bahia Dorada IV, through stairs to the sea front part of the development. They can also avoid stairs by using the parking area of Bahia Dorada V and walk till the house through the Paseo Maritimo, SEA

The complex Bahia Dorada is part of the real estate of Estepona and is located on the western side of the municipality of Estepona, about 4 km from the city and about 5 km from its Marina. The urbanization covers a total area of 240,130 square meters, its population density is not more than 70 inhabitants per hectare and has a minimum of 20% of public green areas on the total surface of the land. Access to their homes is only possible thanks to their pedestrian paths.
